★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good residential property. It is a complex of high rises of more than 45 floors. The first 5 floors are for car parking, including visitors parking. An organised security to guide and keep record, just like a mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a very quality construction and definitely doesn't look premium enough to carry the L&T brand name and exorbitant price tag. Basically a slum and in the name of central Mumbai people are staying in mid of slum at hefty premium. Security is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total complex of 6 towers tower 1,2,4,5,6 are constructed tower 3 under construction. Apartments consisting of 1 bedroom to 4 bhk.location wise it's okay rather call outskirts of parel towards shivdi.surrouding is cover by SRA & small slums but its Mumbai so it ought to be no option.as its highrise located bit inner so got private entry & exit. Construction point of view not so extraordinary construction. But it's what people are paying for.it will take atleast 12 to 15 month to be full fledge compleat construction of all towers n construction labours are out of site. Good part is all towers are connected via connector on highrise so got sort of observation deck feel. Investment wise it's okay but to stay permanently at this point is not viable Down 5 years from now transharbour link open monorail runs properly shabby surrounding vanishing then the cost of investing becomes fruitful else at the moment 3 cr++for 2 br size of 680 to 750 sqfeet is steep.

Like: Multiple layout options available for apartments. Options available for rent or buy.
Disliked:
1. The proportion of Amenities to the number of people staying here is low. Amenities floor gets crowded during the evenings and amenities reservations are always full.
2. The sound from nearby areas is trapped and travels through the floors so it can get noisy at night during festivals and celebrations.
