★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have organized engagement function at La Amour for 60 people.
Starters and food was amazing. The quality was exactly the same as it was served during the food taste and final booking of the venue.
Jasmeet coordinated the whole function single handedly.
We had customized stage decoration which was not the part of package. And it was implemented quite beautifully.
We would like to thanks Jasmeet for all the efforts and time she invested in make the function picture perfect.
The staff and management service during the function were good. Waiters were wearing proper dress code to enlighten the occasion.
Only issue we faced is with the DJ. Music was getting paused due to the poor wiring quality of the DJ equipments. Though the lag was of 10 seconds in every song.
Overall experience was satisfactory.
And big thanks to Jasmeet again for arranging everything so perfectly that it became our memorable day for forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 star bcz venue is good, rest all is pathetic.. service is extremely bad.. food served was cold and committed menu not served... food prepared was not good at all. And the staff keep pushing you for tips again and again... we set it for 80 people lohri celebration on 1st floor banquet and they asked us to count the plates instead of head count... I mean seriously count the plates... really pathetic... what to say... I suggest not to go for them... my experience was really bad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 of the worst banquet halls in Rama Road, people sitting their (the Manager & his deputy Vipin) are the worst. Both these guys robbed us of Rs. 1.5 lacs extra but their service was absolutely shambles, pathetic & ridiculous.
Female washroom was stinking, no Bride room was provided & no extra room was provided for changing or emergency on the wedding day in December.
I repeat, don't book this banquet hall for marriage or any other function ever !
I wish if I could rate this banquet hall as 0 star !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had celebrated my sister’s marriage at there on first week of December in 2020, It was worst experience in my life, the Manu we fixed during booking with (coordinators jasmeet/vipin) was not provided by them. Another worst thing is happened same day, the bridal room which they provided us, we have put our returns gift & sweets at there in the morning of the function, when we reached the venue at evening we got shocked that our stuff is not there and other peoples are there who have function on 1St floor, they give our bridal room to another pary without informing us and also shifted our stuff in dirty store room. It was very dramatic situation my sister is sitting in the car but no bridal room available at there, after the heated discussion of more than 1 hour finally we manage get back some how, it was just a starting, we have made all payment in advance, all coordinator (jasmeet / vipin) was not there after 11 pm,I tried to call & text them, but no response from them, they go home & leave us in the mess.
Secondly the quality of the food was very poor and it was served cold seems take out from refrigerator, Rasmali & mix veg was contaminated, may be cooked 3-4 days back it smells so bad, they promised go give us more than 10 starters in 4 trolleys but D day there are only 2 trolleys with 4 section each, so technically they are serving only 8 starters at the time, the staff was very unprofessional and untrained with dirty crockery & serving tray, wearing dirty cloths, I got sore throat due to talking loudly all night. Before payment vipin said to me that sir please clear all the payment in advance ( main poori raat aapke sath rahunga MUMMY KASAM, aur phero pe aapke sath coffee piyunga).
My suggestion don't expect too much from banquet management. Specially jasmeet & vipin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience with the staff and management has been pathetic. The promises and commmitments lay flat on ground when we witnessed a serious fight the day we went for food tasting. The hosts were fighting because the promises made to them were not fulfilled. After multiple interactions with the staff, we realised that they are perpetual liars. We cancelled our event at this venue and were not refunded the entire advanced paid amount, even as they said they will refund it. Suggestion: do not choose this venue if you wish to have a well organised event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have celebrated my kid birthday in the banquet.The place is good for 100 people max and food is below average.My experience with banquet was not nice and had i not given advance money would have changed venue.Always ensure you see everything they have promised you and currently not available. Half of things they promise don't turn out on D day. Staff is good but from watchman to waiter everyone will expect to give u good tip amount. Once you made full payment, all coordinator will go home and entire function will be manage by head waiter. My suggestion is to ensure you see everything in working & don't expect too much from banquet management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst banquet in Rama road , they takes advance money(41000) for booking before lockdown for 200 peoples , but after lockdown they allow 50 people during lockdown at same price(1.5 lakh) , not compensate for 100 peoples .
Owner of the Lamour Banquet Mr. Karan behave rudely and said jisko complaint karni h kar lo , mai advance money back nahi karunga , bale hi kisi ko bula lo.
I repeat not Booked Lamour Banquet for any function , that was worst banquet, after that we booked another banquet in sec-3 Rohini (God Grace Banquet) at urgent basis due to fault of Mr. Karan(Lamour Banquet Owner). I am again said his behaviour was bad . My advance payment of Rs. 41000 waste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very very bad experience. Attended 13jan 2021 lorhi function on this laamour banquet. Me and my relatives Suffered from food poisoning after having meals from here.Staff totally disappointed. Not cleanliness in the hall. Mismanagement by jasmeet( manager)and karan ( owner) rudely behaviour..not given services on time. Never recommend anyone. They destroy our respect and reputation to the relatives those who attend function and suffered from food poisoning... Book at your own risk...
