I recently had my sister’s wedding there and i was taken aback by the work that Ashutosh bhai and his team does and all with a smile on the face.
The La Victoria banquet hall is spacious and with the help of shri balaji decorators they made it look very beautiful and extraordinary
La Victoria rooms are very specious, neat clean and gives complete privacy to our guests.
I, my family as well as my guest are completely happy by the hospitality and the services that La Victoria had to offer and at an affordable price. I would like to thank Ashutosh bhai for giving us wonderful experience with the functions by making it one of a kind and most remembered functions of our family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place. Poor service. They were not even able to provide cold water in scorching heat. The food partner was not able to provide lunch at 1.30 pm. For complementary breakfast, had to go from pillar to post. Suggested to avoid at all cost. Will not stay even for free.

No room service facilities.. in late night don’t expect they will help you in any emergencies.no ventilation or exhaust in 4 th floor rooms washrooms ,.
Highly disgusting.
They are charging a lot but not worth it.
Hotel staff is non cooperative. They are showing that they will provide WIFI service but not working from last 3 days,, we booked this place for 3 day from 7 th May 22 to 10 may 22. But totally our experience regarding this place is totally disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A total insignificant experience ever, I have come across.I love travelling and usually on my business occasion in almost every city but La Victoria is Incompetent and not fit to be called a hotel moreover they should not have the online booking available if everytime u book they say we r book. Plus I booked 3 days in advance from Oyo. The first time when I visited the hotel they asked to stay in delux when i actually booked super deluxe later they made me change my room not once, not twice but for the third time consequently. The service is poor and pathetic too, even the cheap hotels has better services. The girl and the boy at the reception r rude and arrogent and wouldn't speak in an appropriate manner. I mean the hell r we now in customer service. After my booking with Oyo they ask me to contact Oyo as they have no idea we have booked at their hotel. Why do u even bother verify yourself as Oyo or any other hotel declare your self as bandit not banquet.
