★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience here,hotel owner pankaj Shah's behaviour very disgusting,he don't have menners how to speak with people,they don't give service which they committed,And hotel one person also forced bridel's father for Full payment before one day of function & I also have audio as a proof for demanding money,pls don't do any function there,they don't give perfect service,they also hide plates,i personally suggest don't do any function here ....

This is not worth even half star ...
Very very very very bad experience.. worst food..
Worst management... Mainly they did not even serve the food to the Groom and Bride...
Their words was like it's ready on the table get with your self.....
Even I have the call recording the way they are treating the Bride's father for money...
Asking for full payment before one day of marriage.....

Food quality zero, talks like an illiterate people.
Demanding for money to bride's father every time.
Worst manager Pankaj Shah rather than serving food to groom and bride he asked to get by themselves.
No separate washroom for gent's and ladies.
No proper valet parking facility to guest.
Despite taking advance payment didn't even bother to answer properly on the wedding day.
Wouldn't suggest for this banquet as they ruined mine function.
Dont spend your hard earned money on this banquet for your memorable functions.

No proper parking facility for guest.
Food quality not upto the mark.
No separate washroom for gents and ladies.
Staff behavior was rude and they don't give training to their staff how to talk with groom and bride.
Taking full payment in advance and not answering to anyone on the day of function.
Catering service standards below street waiters.
Manager not responding to groom and bride's food requirement on the day of marriage and asked them to get food by self service.
Never seen such a horrible banquet with rude staff.
Please never book this banquet to waste your hard earned money.
For every business Customer is God but here they treat you like a beggar which is unacceptable.
