During covid time, you made it possible for us to even have an event when we thought it wasn't possible. the banquet follows all safety guidelines and provide really good hygienic environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the banquet for 14th feb 2021 on the occasion of engagement of my sister. We had very bad experience at LA Vintage. Worst service I had ever seen by any banquet. Out of 6 starters from menu, they managed to barely serve 3-4 items on regular intervals.They needed full payment before opening of starters. No waiters around to serve the food. I personally visited their kitchen twice and requested for quick service, despite of that they cared less. It was clearly an embarrassing moment for us (bride side). I will never recommend LA Vintage to any of my friends and relatives.
Response to the owner:
1. Manager knew service provided to us was poor and had no courage to ask for extra charge.
2. About starters: there was barely 4 repeated items served which got refilled at delayed interval of times. Your claim for 4 starters served on rotation is an absolute lie. I called out Mr. Aggarwal from his cabin and showed him the situation and yet everything went unnoticed.
3. Our complaint is for the service we got and not for the food. We can get good food at any XYZ banquet. It is always the service a customer seek. Which LA Vintage failed to deliver.

They promise centralized ac but they use blowers and coolers instead of ac, everyone in the function was sweating. washrooms were dirty. Staff was unprofessional.
I would never recommend this anyone beacuse they charge you an hefty amount and promise services which they nerver provide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister had an engagement ceremony here on 14 feb'21 and we were very excited as it was a happy moment for all of us but La Vintage has disappointed us very much with its poor mismanagement and very poor services. It was very shocking when we came to know that they stopped serving food in the middle and the groom side felt that there was nothing left to eat, the food was over. It was very embarrassing for all of us in front of them and so many guests. In fact there were 6 starter in our menu, but they served only 2-3 same starters again and again. Their food was also cold. Even they did not decorate the banquet well. It was our big mistake to book this banquet for my sister. They took all the money from us but not even 50% of their services served by them. We have really wasted our money by booking this La vintage. Me, my family and my sister's in-laws will never recommend this banquet to anyone for sure. They will also review La Vintage soon. Guyz please do not book La Vintage and another of their banquet named Vintage by seeing its ambience ever in your life. Its a trap for everyone. We are still regretting why we have booked this banquet and will always regret it. Do not waste your hard earned money here.
Again m saying this we are highly disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely Avoid. Several Powercuts, broken AC, Poor hygiene, Bad food, dumb staff and what not. They made my marriage a joke in front of my relatives.
Don't go on their fake feedbacks or promises. No matter how much money you give them they won't deliver the services as you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ functions and family celebrations. comfortable, helpful support staff, trustful security. Rooms are well ventilated, proper hygeine as well. Locality is good, easily visible through traffic, hall is good as well as garden is nyc enough.. Toilets are well maintain.. Overall good
