★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with my first silk saree blouse, they kind of spoiled it and have put a cheap lining( yes a sample blouse was shown but it is not matching according to the shown one as the blouse material can be seen through the lining)! The owner was being rude and very impolite. Even though she took my measurements, a futile blouse was made. I have suffered a loss of ₹1300(650 blouse charges and other 650 for the silk cloth). I am very much disappointed.
Yes we took my measurements because we wanted to check the blouse accordingly.
Though u r serving ur esteem customers for many years, our blouse was not upto our expectations & the way you spoke to us afterwards made us write this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience is the LAST one with them.. They charge you a bomb and give horrible fitting. Even after visiting them 3 times for alteration I could not get what I wanted. Though the measurements were taken, fed in the laptop but the outcome was nowhere close to it, a complete disaster. There is a long list of do’s and dont’s for customers but no where it’s mentioned what to do if they commit a blunder. Please save your money and time.

I came the first day, tried my dress showed it your tailor, and told him that it was loose from area under arms and tight from chest and asked him to do modifications.My pants were loose and asked him to modify that as well.
Anticipating that it must have been done in the evening, I took my dress and went away.After coming back to my home , I realised area under the arms was done but Chest area was tight.
Next day again went to your store, asked the girl to open laptop and cross check with the measurements you have taken and what was made. Length was small by few inches and chest area as well. Again asked him to do it . The dress I was wearing was to show you that I prefer wearing it a little loose so pls adapt accordingly.To my disappointment when I went back, you did not trust me and opened your laptop to recheck whether I was telling right or not. To camouflage you took my measurements again and asked your help to write a note” likho unhe loose fitting chahiye”, to my dismay the measurements you took this time were different from what you took a week back( my first measurements were also taken by you- very conveniently you said I don’t remember).
After all this I took my dress and came back home hoping it would be done right this time, but my dress had gone back to original fitting( the one it was on the day of first trial)loose from underarms and tight from chest..
Regarding my trial madam, there were 6-7 customers standing on your shop without mask and social distancing, so you expect me to do trial and put me to risk?
Madam rather than trying to escape mistakes admit them and work on betterment. You might be having long list of customers but certainly every new customer also counts.

I got my 5 dresses customised here at Ladli Boutique . They were so co operative in all aspects . They bought the materials required including the laces . The colour which I wanted they got it dyed according to my requirements and only after my confirmation they proceeded with the stitching part
As I requested them they even customised my clutches and footwear
My dresses were very outstanding and complimented by all

You people do great job attached photos are of my sarees which are beautifully stitched into trendy dresses
