Stitching and the measurement work is perfectly done. Contact Sapna she is really good at her work and very impressive. I gave bandhani dress for stitching and after seeing the work, I am really very happy.

I informed them tomorrow is my engagement.. went to boutique 10 times from 2 ND Dec still didn't received blouse till last night of my engagement.. they don't even bother to reply or receive calls... Blouse was not delivered on my engagement day.. they didn't even bother to receive my calls.. please if you are sticthing for your special day then zen boutique is not a good option

Very shabby work and mindless behavior. Don't go there is you need anything important done well and on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Boutique at Hiranandani for the 1st time and had a great impression the way the interaction went, only to be frustrated later. Had given 2 materials for stitching for the upcoming Diwali. First of all they could not keep up with the committed date, moreover to my surprise the tailor cut off the Chanderi silk border while stitching, also the fitting was bad. Later they convinced me that they would alter the kurti but again could not keep up with the dates. Frustrated yesterday I went to the shop to pick up my materials back, the wrong fitted kurti and the other one in which only the cutting was done still, despite the dates given. The owner didn't bother to respond or prioritize or apologize and returned my materials which are a waste now. I was a new customer for them and this is how is their customer service. I think they are more focused on their existing customers. So guys at your own risk, if you are going to be their first time customer. No responsibility taken for deficiency of service. Don't go by their sweet talks n commitments. Save yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly u professional and least bothered even though the blouse piece gave in advanced and had asked whether u would able to give the stitched in the time given. Had assured that it would be given. 2 days back get call from pradnya asking for taking the blouse by late evening on 3rd or 4th morning. To which I agreed. Yesterday went to remind her about the delivery of the same still was not informed to me that they have not started working on the design which I came to today on the day of Laxmi Pooja where I am supposed to wear the saree. How careless and non professional approach towards a customer. Pls don’t go by the look n feel of the same they are not reliable at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. Crazily overpriced. We went and finalised a saree and blouse material along with stitching at a total of Rs.6000..the next day the owner said that due to her staff’s misunderstanding the price quoted was wrong and so my total amount would land up to ₹8500 or so!! The owner,spoke very disrespectfully over the call. Would never recommend! Also,the one star was just mandatory,they don’t deserve that too!! SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Pls don’t by their words!! They act super sweet but the work and customer handling was the worst I’ve ever seen.
