โ โ โ โ โ Integrity is the most important value that we all look for when dealing with anyone. I gave my laptop for repair since the touchpad was giving me a problem. However the real problem was something else. Xigox team fixed the issue without fleecing me which they could have easily done. They went ahead and cleaned it from inside and I was not charged a single penny extra.
Shout out for Chintan Vyas so stuck to the committed timelines on weekend. I found the people who I need to reach out to for my Laptop related issues.

โ โ โ โ โ I was highly dejected with their service. Simply moneyed and unnecessary charges. They have a technician named chintan and he's like the worst technician I've ever seen in my life. My laptop had booting problem, he came, checked BIOS, did absolutely nothing and luckily my laptop booted up then.He charged Rs 350 for it and he absolutely did nothing. He was also very rude. I said that "you nearly didn't do anything, atleast don't take more than Rs 300" and he replied "I'd have charged 350 just for ringing your bell and standing in porch of your house." Very bad impression! Next hour again the same problem arose. Later on the problem was my corrupt HDD and overheating. I went to KickIt and they fixed it. Chintan's diagnosis was poles apart from real problem.You can call him for basic problems, like touch pad not working or something, but that guy is totally not suitable for advanced problems.

โ โ โ โ โ My laptop Hinge was broken and needed servicing. I called Xigox and whole repairing & servicing was done in less than 36hrs. Chintan was the contact person and he was very helpful. He picked up the laptop from my house for the work and dropped back after the work. Highly recommended for everyone in Thane.
