★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to feel the calmness of the nature and the society but only when you visit here at evening after 6pm. And morning before 7pm. Here you can experience the boating on the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to hangout, found okay in terms of crowd and ambiance. Limited food options. But noisy and crowded place. Avoid if you're expecting a quite place to spend time. One time visit could be considered if you're visiting Bhopal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking in lake view is very much congested. Especially for car. The car parking in lake view is way much smaller for car parking because it is only able to accommodate around 30 to 35 cars only.
During the peak hours(evening 5 to 7) specially on weekends you have to struggle for finding space for your car to be parked.
I would rather suggest if you are planning to visit Lake View on some festive season weekend mainly during rainy season prefer cab.

Someone like me who just want to see a lake view and city lights in the background and not much banal urbanity, it was free and beautiful place to see in the night time.. with people playing music and singing good songs almost every evening. The background has giant LED saying 'Welcome to the city of lakes'.. is a sight to behold.
