★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited yesterday, it was a lovely experience. After CCD shut, this is the best place to chill at with a great view, extremely quick service, food is nice if you order the right things. Better check with the staff what they serve best. Their hospitality is really welcoming and the staff is really courteous.

Although, the service can be a bit better, we felt they were understaffed and our orders took a while to reach our table. Food quality was good, panner was amazing and our mocktails, specially blue lagoon, was great!

But if you are really hungry and want to have something don't waste your time or money taste is not that good. location wise it's best to click pictures

A bit on expensive side but , the money is for view and service .
On the very best location to have the perfect view of whole Bhopal with its speciality the upper Lake .
It's calming to sit and have some great food with that awesome scenery.
Must visit, it's fantastic .
Just go, don't have a second thought you will surely love the place and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly slow service, but good ambience and a good experience dining out on the open terrance overlooking the lake. Service could be much better. Perhaps the management (MP tourism) could do better in terms of managing the over-worked staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there today by chance. We were looking for another place which has shut so we thought let’s go to ‘winds and waves’. The two stars are for the view and view alone. Nothing else about the place is good. The food took forever to reach our table and when it did, it was very disappointing. The pakodas were super oily, the fish and chips were very mediocre, at best. The fries were not seasoned, the lime soda had too much salt, the tea was watery and the worst tea ever. I am sure the place runs on recall value from the time when Bhopal didn’t have too many good eating joints. The place seems like it is from the 90s. The music, ambience and service. Very disappointed.
