Cons ->
USG test's doctor comes late ALWAYS by an hour. Many patients were kept waiting without given a proper time for when the doctor will arrive.
The staff behaviour, dealing with USG, is equally horrible.
For USG - PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.
you'll be definitely waiting here for 1-2hours, with extremely rude careless behaviour from the Dr. himself and the staffs. The process was done in 5mins. I am not confident of the result coming correctly or not.
The management should look into this matter.
Please change the doctor, who is making such a chaos between everyone, by arriving 1-2hrs late everyday.
Pros->
Covishield vaccination was smooth and very fast, I got my certificate immediately. (You have to carry a copy of your ID card)
Xray was done smoothly too. No issue here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendous poor behaviour of staff. They deliberately cut the call of patients when the patients are in need. This is very poor state of unprofessionalism. If there is scope to review in minus , I hope I would do so. U guys should have shame on this behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving this rating only & only because they host a BAD doctor like Debal Laha. Debal Laha claims to be a Neurologist but he is afraid to issue Health Certificate to his patients. My mother is a Parkinson’s patient and under Debal Laha’s observation for more a year. I have multiple prescriptions issued by Debal Laha as proof. But when I requested Debal Laha to issue a health certificate describing my mother’s health condition, he told me to go to some Govt Hospital HoD and get the certificate. My question is, why is he afraid to issue health certificate to his own patient? This is a big question of his authenticity and capability as a Doctor. Also, he has a habit of keeping patient in hand and never describes his diagnosis/prognosis with patient or their family.

2. Time calculation is completely mismatched. ( 1 out of 5)
3. Staff behavior is not good.( 2 out of 5)
4. Sitting arrangement is very bad. ( 2 out of 5)
5. Medical representatives are attend by the doctor while paisents are waiting for 2.5 hrs at LMC reception. ( 1 out of 5).
Suggestion:
Try to avoid LMC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went there to take my Covid booster (Covishield) third dose. The entire process is very smooth and I faced no problem. It took only 5 mins to start to finish. No waiting, Staffs are very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the the staff is unprofessional. They do not have the minimum decency on a call. The doctors do not come on-time. Patients have to wait for more than 4-5 hours before they can see the face of the doc, that too for 1-2 mins. It's business center rather than a treatment place.
When the hospital staff is aware that the doctors will be coming late, then in that case, it's the duty of the staff to inform the patients accordingly, instead they are extremely rude on calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical & diagnostic centre. Walking distance from Serampore railway station and belting bazar. All test cost is normal from other test centre. Staff are not helpful. This is covid vaccination center also (Paid Service).
