★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management was awesome.There was no such rush. Everything was neat and clean inside the center. We didn't have to wait for vaccination. All the proceedings were carried out properly without any sort of mismanagement !. Really pleased with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after 24 hours of having the test they will give report at 6pm onwards, so if you need to share the report for further work you will have to wait long time . The contact they give are mostly switched off so only call the computerized landline which will irritate you saying same message. Overall very low quality experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are giving a time for test, then meke you seat for 2 hours. If you have some known person there, no need for waiting. They don't understand that a healthy person will not visit there for test. Those are visiting all are having health issue. The stuff are doing tests having severe behaviour issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super poor quality of management,patients have to wait at least 3 hours to get a test done. Doctors doing tests, are always delayed by 1 to 2hours.Staffs do give misinformation to patients for managing doctors delay.Nursing staffs are very slow, patients keep waiting just like govt hospitals.
Test centre is very clean, immense space for patient sitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good administrative arrangements. Stuffs are very cooperative and helpful. Sitting arrangement is very good. Lots of space within the area and very clean & hygiene. Two wheeler parking is there however there is no 4 wheeler parking lot available. If you go there by 4 wheeler, then the security guard of "Amenia (which is situated just beside the Suraksha Diagnostic center)" will start saying "you can not do parking infront of Amenia as you are not a customer of them." I am not sure, how justify this is. Anyway, as a Diagnostic center, it is very good.
