★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids section was not upto my expectations limited variety poor quality with High pricing, and mind you size mismatch of clothes my 3 plus years old daughter with normal height and weight, for whom I bought a size of 5 to 6 yrs wollen pant didn't fit her properly. It came out small on her ?. Thanks for wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratings are for the stocks only. Rest, most of the staffs are pathetic. Most of them were not wearing mask. Behaviour was good from some, surprisingly rude from the others. Billing was being done only on the ground floor and those who were doing it werebadly incompetent. Overall bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is closed... but today (20/03/2022) when I was travelling from that road, I have seen that the name board has changed from Big Bazaar to Smart Bazaar, but the shutter is still closed now... So, I think it should open within April 2022...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we visited Big Bazaar at Serampur to have an exhilarating shopping experience. This outlet is located on the GT Road and very well connected with the rest of the parts of Serampur. We hired an electronic rickshaw from Ankit and reached the place in fifteen minutes, give or take. As we moved inside we were provided with a hand sanitiser. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. There was a host of garments and groceries on offer. Thankfully, they were making us aware of the different offers over microphones. The place was spick-and-span and quite spacious. We were allowed to take photographs inside. I have uploaded a bunch of them for your convenience. There were different segments of apparels and groceries. I was happy to see so many grocery items. We snapped up a score of food and room sanitation items and to be honest, they were purchased at very competitive rates. I was kind of spoilt for choice with so many alluring offers on such wonderful products. Apart from regular grocery items, there was a wide range of chips and cookies on offer, I picked up quite a few of them. To cut the long story short, Big Bazaar, Serampur is an excellent place for shopping for groceries and garments. If you are around the city do visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the only super market big enough to suffice the needs of larger population of Serampore, Rishra and even Konnagar. Remodified Cinema hall now houses three floors of amenities including food, fashion and basic needs. Ground floors comprises FBB and has men and women's fashion wears and accessories. First floor on the other hand has kitchen accesories, electronics, crockery ,house decors, stationary and fitness and sport items. Second floor is fully dedicated for food and a small part is for the home maintenance products. Staffs are polite and helpful and are ready to assist most of the time. It has an operational 20 person lift My only problem is the location of waahroom, which is on a mezzanine floor between 1st and 2nd floor....one has to clim up or climb down almost 15 stairs to get there and it seems a lot when you are desperate to unload your storage?. Overall an important place to shop.
