β β β β β Very disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour towards customers.very bad experience Unnecessary hassle to the customer without any reasons. my parents went to buy a Samsung Ac. The Sales person Avi Ghosh said that upto Bajaj will get Rs.2300 But did not make any offer while billing. When asked later, he did not give it. Thus Khosla Electronics calls the customer. And the biggest thing is that the manager of (Suvendu Mukherjee) is so bad at his behavior that all the customers of Khosla Electronics will leave. change the maneger immediately..
The fact here is not on the issue of a free offer, and that too for a non stick pan! The sad part is that both my parents are Senior Citizens who come from a time where they are used to believing people and hence they have visited the Store thrice, only to feel more demeaned by the staff's attitude. And very bad manager behaviour....Is it fair to mislead people during sales? That's the pertinent question
