★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of proprietor drastically changes after billing and payment is complete. Staff and proprietor provides misleading information about products (e.g. Split AC indoor unit having Stainless Steel bacterial filters).
They claim to provide "Free Installation" but ALL the HIDDEN additional charges (which will be collected at the time of delivery and installation) are disclosed only after payment is complete and you are left with no choice as money has already been deducted from your account.
