They said that my headphones will be replaced within 10 days and it's been more than that, O haven't received a single message from their side. They took more than 45 minutes for a job that would take a NORMAL person 5 minutes. And of course there was unnecessary attitude as if they had some sorta power over us. Wouldn't recommend going here!

They don't deserve to be called authorised Sony service centre. Guys look for someone else and don't rely on this people. Better to get your device repaired from other Neosa branches
