★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist very rude in answering calls.. Where digital india is growing and PM says to go cashless such a big center for diagnosis does not accept any card Or UPI payments.
Also for XRay during corona times same gown is used for all patients without sanitization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Blood sample Collector does not follow the proper schedule time. Miscommunication between collector and receptionist. Late responsive in any query. Extra charges added for delivering the reports and collection of blood which other diagnostic centres of serampore never take. It should be rated 2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today , due to some emergency, I have visited this centre, for USG colour Doppler test of baby, we both were very tensed, but behaviour of radiologist Mr. Jay Madhav Banik was really very good and he was best at his service. His assistant Mousami was also behaving with my Wife politely, both have cute smile on their faces. Even attendant Miss Lakshmi was also sweet lady, behaving so good with both of us. The reason of appraising all of them is comparison. Comparison with the behaviour of staffs and radiologist of Lakhotia Medical Centre, Rishra. Staffs at Reception of Lakhotia is good, but radiologist and her team was too busy with their attitude and arrogance. They don't even know the way of dealing with their patients. Misbehave and sometimes use slang language too.
Lakhotia management should take some action for it.
I will go tomorrow for reports collection at NMB. Really I am satisfied with the team of NMB.
