Infact highly appreciate patience of entire staff as this service took time. I took my service from Pawan ,he was very easy and focussed on his work. Very polite person and dedicated to his work... good salon..

They follows all the covid protocol and maintains hygiene. I am very happy with their services. I will recommend kusum for skin care, sumit for hair care & styling and manoj for manicure and pedicure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d gone with a friend for her hair color while I got my manicure done by Manoj. It was the white tea mani. It was such an amazing experience. The entire manicure right from the initial nail care, massage, cuticle care, pack everything was very well done and quite relaxing. The person doing it was very skilled at it. Definitely recommend getting manicure services here!!! Well worth it !

Kusum from skin care helped me to identify right treatment and can see immediate effect..
Took care of hygiene and Covid precautions..so happy to see and experience..
Vidhya from Hair care treatment is also best..as can see the efforts he has put in and did work with complete satisfaction.. did right advise..Keratin comes awesome.. again complete precautions in the services..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at Lakmé salon Vaishali. First day they said they have a make up so will have to wait till that’s over. Took appointment for next day. Reached exact on time. Then they made me wait again for almost an hour and then said it will take more time. No concern for time of others despite giving appointment. Pathetic. Will not suggest this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked them on 1st Nov 21 for their bridal package costing 20000 for my wedding reception.
It was the worst make up experience of my life.
They didn’t even do the basics right.
Even a layman knows that before starting to make up there’s a proper clean up. They didn’t even bother to do that.
The entire make up felt as if someone had pasted some products on and ruining the most important day of my life, my face. Also, after botching up the entire make up they had the audacity to tell me to hurry up.
I wouldn’t recommend them even for a face wash let alone regular make up.
Please refrain from going their and ruining your special days.

Infact more than that I highly appreciate patience of entire staff as color took time because of prior color on my hair but they all were easy and focussed on work and completed the job despite salon closing time
