We had gold scheme and given order for gold coin as they promised they wil give it after month but after month every week wenever we call only one reason they use to give one week mam
But after 3 months also they didn't given finally they cancelled scheme and decided to refund customers that to without informing constomers .when we asked for refund they said they will pay within month but after 2 months also not refunded amonut still they r giving reason that they will refund within week .I recommend not to visit and not to purchase anything and don't suggest to others ...please

โ โ โ โ โ All Fraud people here, Nagaraj speak very arrogant with Customers. We took Lakshmi Gold Scheme for 18 Month's. After completing of the period, they are not ready to Give neither Gold Not Refund my Amount. Nobody including MD Also never responds either by email or by Contact. Horrible response by these people. Never go for EMI scheme.

โ โ โ โ โ Very worst experience my mother have gold purchase scheme for 19 months in jalahalli cross branch but after completing they told come after 60 days to order after we order bangles they take 90% of total money & told another 60 days to deliver ordered jewellery, even though ordered jewellery not given after 60 days if regularly contact staff they will give false information & behave arrogantly & after 5 months we fight with staff & send us to malleshwaram branch there also fully empty shop we forcely purchase unwanted jewellery whatever is there they also cheated in rates also pls don't go there at any cost

โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer experience. We had order a gold jewelry in April 2021 and it was never delivered even after 7 months. Every time we called or visited to enquire about the delivery, they would give reasons like the ornament has been sent for hallmarking. They would promise to call back as soon as it is ready but that never happens. After almost 15 long phone calls where they ask the same questions and 5 futile visits to the store, we had to ask for refund as there was no hope that they would make the ordered ornament. The store is in an almost ruined state and the employees are just trying to keep the store running by making false promises about the delivery of orders. One of the worst customer experiences! Will never visit this place. Highly recommend everyone to avoid this place.

Never buy any gold or Chit scheme from this place or Jalahalli cross branch.
They will never give the gold as promised.
They are literally running an empty shop, with no jewelleries.
The staff are just pathetic, the way they respond and behave.Rude and unprofessional.
They are just running the shops with lies and false promises.
Never put your money on these scamsters! Be aware.

When we asked for refund their response is like we wont give do whatever you want. And they spoke very rude.. they closed many branches without informing the customers. When we went to main branch treated us like their slave and we r begging from them. The lady in the reception area or a call attender also not responding properly. They r influenced people so no one is going to ask them

The store ie almost empty.
Gold rate wil aways be higher.
Poor salesman behavior
Making charges are too higher.
Product ordered and product delivered was different, but no refund was given. We were forced to buy ring which we were not ordered

โ โ โ โ โ I sincerely wish this previously popular bustling Silk/Jewelry chain improves and gets back its sheen.
But right now, No collections at all. You should save time for a run/jog in the nearby BBMP park instead. The storefront will give you a sense of doom, and the indoors look like they are renovating or so, but No.. they have just closed down all the stalls. It's empty. The bumper Datsun cars are smashed and out of shape. The เฒฒ in เฒฒเฒเณเฒทเณเฒฎเฒฟ Gold palace is hanging down. Storefront also looks like hasn't been washed cleaned in a while.
