★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much collection. I went for looking gold rings. There were only a handful of them. I have visited Lalithaa jewellery multiple times in different States, everywhere this is the same situation. Just stop by to find the designs. Some are decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was promptly attended to by Mamatha who was very patient and soft spoken. She gave us a thorough tour of the entire collection on all floors. The gold bond scheme is very attractive and is a win-win scheme. You should check it out. Coming to the designs, I didn't find them to be trendy. Many designs are pretty outdated or bland. However, The antique and temple designs are really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited malleshwaram branch which was opened recently. It was not too crowded as it was normal Saturday. The whole sampige road is getting renovated hence no parking available nearby. We walked from Atlanta 500 mtrs. I felt the rates are ok. They say in TV ads that they give best price for your old gold but it's not totally true. It's a trick to drag people to the store. They will ask you to take 5 months to 12 months scheme to avail zero making and wastage. If want to sell your old gold it is normal rate which you can say not so great. You will get better price outside. Don't fall for the trick. Also staff is not so good. I recommend you to go to other gold stores if you want better design and better quality. Also hospitality is pathetic. Staff is unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent locale, well informed careful staff, designs are not that new, sometimes some are not available. The advantage is transparent price. Hygine is maintained. Have been a here a couple of times,
Parking is very small, need to keep thinking about your vehicle kept somewhere away. Avoid weekend rush, go on weekdays to get good attention.
This bald headed CEO, Who also is its brand ambassador, has succeeded in transferring some of the marketing cost saved back to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good collections, wastage chargers are less compared to other brands. They will push for a scheme, of you are interested, you can go for it. Scheme looks good. If you are planning to get jewellery after an year, you can buy a bond which will take off making charges after 11 months.
Parking space is not so spacious, no wallet parking. If parking is full you have find a place outside by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 3 starts because of the horrible customer service, felt like visited some government hospital, staffs are rude, they were not ready to show Jewellery saying it will cost you more and kept asking what's your budget. However, you'll get discount of 2% on all jewellery and they take old gold on today's market rate. Also wide ranges of designs and lots of option to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for Victorian era or traditional collections, you can head to this place. Ambience is not top notch and not welcoming with no attention to incoming customers. Place needs an uplift to compete with other similar establishments in the area.
What's likeable is the quick seating arrangements at the entrance if you are looking for a breather. The store itself is spacious though.
