★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GRT might be good. But my experience I am sharing here. If you want to sell your gold they won't buy. If you want to exchange gold also the value will be less. Also finish on gold work is not so good. Overall I am not satisfied I wanted to exchange gold and remaining needed money. They told me they only buy GRT gold, which means other gold is not valued. I don't understand their concept. I don't think there will be good value for the gold for the exchange too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service and nice designs. Customer friendly. It was raining heavily while we had been there, the securities help us board our cabs holding umbrellas for us. Had a really good satisfaction buying from them. One suggestion is that they can work upon reducing the wastage charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No two jewellers accept each other gold jewellery directly without wastage.. GRT s only place who Jewellery s accepted by other jewellers without wastage.. that already is proof of quality of gold they use..
They have massive range and we'll organised sections inside their shop..
Ample Parking is available..
To avoid big crowds, visit during weekdays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff and have nice collection, design of jewellery are good, we can find all types of design. Staff will show all the items with patience. Also they have a very good gold saving schema, people who are planing to buy jewellery can join scheme and pay only for the gold and can avoid making charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had purchased Mangalya chain here. After 2 months of usage it got cut and many connections were about to get cut.. They quote this is due to rough usage I dunno what rough usage with Mangal Sutra.. Because of the cheap quality of making by GRT we had to face this and had to pay another 10k extra for same weight in the name of GST. Really disappointed with this. Better not to buy ready made mangalya chain here.

Well maintained.
Located in very busy locality.
Parking available for few vehicle.
Collections are good.
Customers are treated well.
*PRICES of the gold items are costly.
For 3.2 gram of gold ring I paid 2,500/- as wastage charge plus taxes on top of it.
I personally felt the rates being charged here is high but others might have a different openion.
So you can visit by your own and experience it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please ensure your staff don't haunt customers at the entrance. It's unwelcoming. Collections are quite too many, large spacious indoor space.
They serve quick beverages. Great parking space for both two wheeler and cars. One unique USP they have is the fact that this is the first jewelry store after mantri Mall.
The entry and exit points for two wheeler parking are very steep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GRT Jewellers is one the oldest and traditional jewellery shops. I have been visiting GRT ever since I was a child. It used to be satisfying to buy a jewellery from this place. I don't know about the quality of the gold, but my family starting from my grand parents, used to buy gold from here. Nowadays it has become a nightmare. The crowd is too much, and the staff are not equipped to handle the crowd efficiently. As a result, buying gold is not a pleasant experience at all. When you buy something that may stay with you for your a lifetime probably, or for some function like marriage or birth of a child. It should be a memorable experience. *The staff are not bothered to show you their collections, they just don't have patience, why should they? They make you feel that you have to select something and get out. It's as if they are doing you a favour.* On the whole it is like you have swallowed something bitter
