Good Follow up to the customer is being done from Service Center Team on Car Service Timelines and Offers. I feel the best brand in Service Category and the response time. The Focus on finding problems of Car is also done thoroughly and is being taken care of by Service Manager in a good way.. Best Service as of my knowledge..

Not recommendable for even general service , visited this place for some spare parts installation, it hardly take 2 hrs time ( including all the service time from vehicle inward to outward ) Actual part replacement take only 15-20 min . They took around 3 hrs time , this 3 hrs also we need to run behind the mechanic to get it done . We don’t have any option left hence we have to go run behind them to get it part replaced. Although we ordered the part 20 +days before and we informed to service centre a day before just for part replacement . Can we have a better service than this ?? I understand regular service for each vehicle take time but for part replacement vehicles I believe it can be improved a lot . Am not sure about overall India HYUNDAI service is the same way or only on this specific service centre . But it really need improvement where they need to know how to treat customers to how the way a vehicle can be serviced about pre procedure to get the work done. They are very irresponsible towards customer time . They can simply kills the whole day of customer time . I realised here Mechanics just bother about how to survive their working hours for them it is not at all important to get this wrote within time . Pathetic situation I have faced here .

There is a decent range of car collection and Ambience is pleasant but except one or two most of the staff are not cordial. Customer service has to be improved a lot . We went inside to take a quotation and almost for 15 minutes no executive attended us.
