★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent institutions for physical activity..... Here sir give an ideal guidelines for qualify the physical test ....... If you want to get qualify in your physical test you must visit Lakshya physical training centre....... Here everything is performed in a pattern ( ex.. first warm up then exercise then 1600 m race with perfect timing. Then reflexive exercise then 100 m shouting..... Then other relaxing exercises..... Then streaching... Etc....) Here different day have an different pattern of exercises are performed.....
At last I must say .... If you want to achieve your target you must visit Lakshya physical training centre
