MS., OBG., MRCP she was admitted on 03/08/2020 .. . What to say .. could not expect a better doctor and team for my mother who did an almost impossible surgery of my mother .. ICU Was very hygiene and clean and they gave very detailed information and stats regarding patient and always available 24/7 to help and cooperate.. I m really blessed to have such an awesome doctor and lalitha hospitals team on the whole staff and nurses were very cooperating .. during such pandemic thx for such an wonderful experience and stay @ lalitha hospitals never met such an great doctor .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste hospital for nephrology patients dr nallamothu praveen kumar is waste doctor and he is trainee. My mother was died due to kidney infection . But lot of tests lot of scanning waste after 15 days he was told your mother is no more because he was attending 3lakhs completed money taken .
He was no response no answers no patients caring and hospital staff is waste they are not doctor, s only money collecters even senior and junior doctors

This is so sad. Lot of patiens. Took the fees for the body check up. No queue system . And let the patients for their own sake . This is not acceptable.
Management should be held responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cahsless when you have insurance and any health cards infrastructure is old the quality of treatment is fantastic and care to the patient is little less if you are under any kind insurance resources best In cardiology and nuero kind of health issues the equipment regarding scan and scopies are quite old fashioned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My opinions were based on two days of visit to this horrible hospital. These are my opinions upon due considerations. The hospital is very old lack basic amenities( steep ramps to walk as lift/elevator is non functional works but not useful to elderly). The place is under staffed as I had to visit 7 times to pick up my dad's reports as they could not do it on time. Very frustrating. I spent about double the normal cost for simple checkup. My dad being 80 suffered more than me.
Please for the love of God and welfare of people maintain minimum standards.
Unfortunately none of the reviews i read were true except the doctors that I approached (3 total) were amicable and were professional. Thats the only reason for the 2 stars.
Following are major no no
1. Above 2 hours or more wait times
2. Staff are very laid back no sense of professionalism not respect for their job.
3. Drunk person fell on my dad no security to get rid.
4. Reports are very disorganised
5. Accessibility for elderly very bad.
Hope someone looks into the above listed to improve quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relative of mine is admitted in ICU for stroke management lt hemiplegia under Dr. Vijaya.
Despite mentioning that I myself a doctor too and requesting to talk to doctor regarding the patient the staff here are utter rude, especially the icu security Naga Lakshmi who is very rude and disrespectful.
Doctors there are good but I feel staff spoiling the name
