★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Suresh hospital for my baby kidney treatment and admitted for 4 days paid 50000 thousand rupees and later discharged with no proper results, gave review after 2 weeks and we went again.
For 3 rd time they advised to take video call for checkup and we took appointment and paid 500 rupees next after two days and doctor advised to take complete Urine test. After getting test results we called service number for video call and they demanded again 500 rupees for video call and I requested that already paid yesterday and now test results came and need to show to doctor, but they are not allowing.
This is too much and treatment is worst, I advise better avoid Suresh hospital .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst hospital. They prefer only new patients because of more tests and more income. Old patients will be seen only in the afternoon if you are traveling from far you will be regretted. Also very money minded they won't what tests to be done in advance because you might get it done outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital with rude behavior of staff and no proper response from doctors. Even they are not listening to patients. Write medical tests like a exam without asking the problem of patients. Medicine bill also too much in pharmacy. Total waste of time and money. They are looting hard earned money of people from villages. In reception they feel like Super heroes. Worst and bad experience. Not even maintain covid protocols in hospital area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good. But staff is rude.. They feel like they are the heroes. Worst thing is we paid 400 as OP fee and waited 4 hours to get doctor appointment. They prefer new patients so that they can do more business like all tests. People who visits for next appointment are no value.. They won't give response to you becoz notuch business can happen. If you are non-local dont visit the office. Because for all the people who come for next visits will be treated in 2nd half from 3-4 pm onwards. So you will be late to travel. So better non locals should not prefer this.

Doctor was no doubt at but the time management is missing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Suresh is a very good doctor.my son has suffered from weakness,severe pain abdomen and has been seen by many doctors in Ap for 6 months we are very much depressed as there are no result Doctor Gan diagnosed our case correctly as a abdominal tuberculosis my son pain diasappered,put on weight and there are no Banting. Myself and son are very greatful and we remember doctor Garu for our enlise life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have monitored few things to joined my father in the hospital for gastro and it was refered by one of my friend..
1) No proper time management.
2) If you are new patient and first time visit they will prescribe all tests...
Like Blood test,scanning....
3) Cost is too much for diagnosis..Endoscopy they will charge 3070, Blood test & Thyroid-1530, Scanning-1100.
4) Rude behaviour from satff.It's not first in first out.It'll be like last in first out.If known person came for prescription they will take time around 30 to 40 mins but normal people with in 5 mins will come out from doctor chamber...
5)You have to compensate full day for the check up.Ther is no way to come early.
6) If any non local people visit the gastro I would recommend to visit near by hopsital and cost is also high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and rude behavior of Reception staff. They will not give any information and they are afraid of loosing the patient for Investigations outside and purchase of medicine outside. If the patient wants to talk with the doctor again, they will not send inside and feel like they are the doctors . Very Very Worst behavior ever seen . Finally one quote " Yada raja thada praja"
