★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually u know what it does not deserve even 1 star Google shows minimum ratings 1 star its poor quality or shall I say E quality and very expensive. I brought dinning and centre table and both were really very poor.it had bubbles and crack on it within 6 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On first you will get impressed by the showroom and staff.. but once the payment is completed, you are on your own. They sell same thing as other less attractive showrooms at inflated prices.
My recliners stopped working in 4 months. They have pathetic after sales service. You are not at all important to them once they have sold you the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use Extremely poor quality of wood in the frame. Sofa is not at all sturdy. Extremely poor after sales customer service and no response if any damage even if you complain on the same day as arrival. They charge a hefty price and put very cheap quality wood / stands inside the sofa. Completely ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY.
We brought a sofa from here. One of the bottom stand came out the day the sofa arrived when only one person sat on a 4 seater sofa. We fit it by our carpenter.
The internal wooden supports inside the sofa broke within 2 days when only 3 people sat on the 4 seater sofa. After opening the sofa, we found that they had used very cheap wild wood instead of saak wood.
The other 3 seater sofa frame also got bend within 7 days.
We complained so many times to the sales man: Rahul, from who we ordered the sofa, but he kept ignoring our calls. And stopped delivery of our 2 chairs which we had ordered along with the sofa.
Really horrible experience. I would never recommend this shop to anyone ever.
*Follow up response to your reply 8.09 pm 06/02/2022:
1. You are not doing a special favour by sending carpenter on Sunday after calling 10 times in 10 days. Your product was defective with cheap material, and it broke, so it is your duty to send someone to repair it. If not replace it. That is the least you can do. If you don't understand this, then you should simply give a refund and keep your furniture with your carpenter so that you don't have to send your carpenter anywhere.
2. You should focus on telling your staff to respond / answer phone calls OR have the courtesy to CALL BACK. Instead of actively replying here.
3. Had you not put cheap wood, this problem wouldn't have arrived. Since you put cheap wood, which broke on the very first day, customer is asking you to repair at home, in front of his eyes. So that you again don't cheat the customer in the name of "quality". Try to understand this first.
