Very less diagnosis knowledge and most of the time they take a lot of time to find the issue. Just walk through a few more shops nearby, but this one will bring about more problems to your laptop and pocket.
I had given my laptop which they kept for many days and after that they say that it will cost around 3-4k. I went to another shop and he found the problem immediately and fixed it for Rs. 1200
