The seal of the box was broken and also inner plastic was cut open.
Probably they replaced the battery which was Made in Korea by Made in China.
Also the battery delivered was different than shown on the website.
On call they said to check with Dell. They can't do anything.
Expected a decent reply at least on why the seal was broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy stuff at your own "risk". Do not blindly trust what's written on website. I'm going tell my experience.
I ordered a keyboard, which was slightly different in terms of letters printing on keys. I felt it's fine let's install it. It was slightly bigger, maybe a few mm. So keys were too tight on one side. So I wasn't satisfied and made a return request on their website and mentioned the reason as well and submitted, as it was clearly written (not sure about present time) "Easy Returns and Refunds".
I waited for 7-8 days and found out that they aren't interested in refund. Even though I had explained reasons, they told me to try to install it again prove that it didn't work. Removing all hardware again and again isn't an easy task, especially keyboard. I showed them an original keyboard that would fit my laptop.
Then they said "that's what we have sent". I said I understand you sent the right model, but it's not fitting as desired because it's thrid party.
I had to argue for 2-3 days and finally they accepted my return request. I shipped the keyboard using my own money. They said they'll refund original amount + Half of shipping fee . . . wait for 5-6 days.
I waited for 7 days nothing happened. I reminded them again and only then they transferred. And they didn't transfer the shipping charges. But that's okay. I understood what kind of manufacturer is this. That's important.
The point of this story is, they had written "Easy returns and refunds" under the product and still wasted so much of my time and made me literally beg for money. Was it a easy return? It was a hardest return I've ever done.
PS: When I said to them that I'll review this kind of thing onine abut their service, they said we're not afraid and we'll see. We've a marketing team to handle such reviews. So I'm pretty sure they'll come to defend here. But that's the truth. That's what I experienced.
