Hey! They wanted a review here's mine, Before giving mine I actually went through the negative reviews and then I am writing this Starting off no I didn't avail any services and if I would have a choice I would always go to the other service providers The owner of whomever the person who talked to me on phone was RUDE or precisely has a lot of ego. The ego reflects in ALL of the responses and I am pretty sure I will receive the same egoistic response, if you can't handle criticism positively dont ask for one. And if many people are saying your customer service is rude ACCEPT IT and rectify rather than fighting it off. I called them up for warranty at first it was like any other business polite responses, soon the guy asked me whats the date on the bill and I responded (it was one day late for warranty extension) he told me he cant do anything and that I should have brought the laptop within 1 month of base warranty expiration till here everything's fine, then I actually wanted to enquire what was the cost (I accepted that extension won't be possible) but now the rudeness started reflecting, once he understood he won't receive any β‚Ήβ‚Ήβ‚Ή from me he couldn't care less upright rude responses and hung up abruptly didn't contact me later, the responses he gives thinking he is smart and would look "reputed" is nothing but ego, businesses never talk to customers as if it were their employees. They "boast" 25 years of customer satisfaction, I don't know how they define customer satisfaction For me its the overall service that includes quality repairs and good behaviour throughout that service. Well these guys failed the first step so didnt even bothered checking the 2nd step. You wanted a review? Well there you go.

I gave them laptop about keyboard repair which involved a mother board issue. They took 6 7 days to try motherboard repairs and said it was unrepairable. The icing on the cake is now the audio of my laptop doesn't work too , now and they are unwilling to accept their fault. This so called people wrecked my laptop. On top of that they charge 1475 fees , don't visit this service center if your laptop is out of warranty. Visit compucare in Chembur instead. Lastly my laptop is 43000 and they quoted motherboard proce of 59000.? And one more thing to be noted they'll say your laptop has other issues as well after diagnosis , ifdo check properly otherwise they'll charge you more

this review is on temporary basis the problem that i got to this center was screen flickering. problems i faced after i received my laptop from the center: -Dtsx ultra and acer care center softwares deleted -Not upto the refresh rate -Nitro scene software interface changed [plus cpu usage increases while using this app] -Very high temperature on no usage; 70-80 degree -Warranty sticker removed -Warranty sticker removed -Unwanted software installed [msoffice, antivirus etc] which were of no use to me and deleted my previous software -Screen bleeding more than before they were very polite with me no complain about it but i need my laptop as it was before. THANK YOU

An out out and out non helping kind of service center. I went there for my acer's screen flickering and other on/off button problem. They told me They will take 2 days to give me a quote and Saturday and Sunday not included. That means I went there on Friday evening and I was told I will get the quote only by Tuesday evening. I asked if they have all the parts that may be required and the guy was evasive about availability and also time taken for repairing. In today's time we can't afford to wait for 4 days for a quote. And than God know how many days to get it repaired. Looks like the company doesn't want to encourage repairs. Very poor service.
