Mr.Anupam and Mr.sumit were incredibly rapid in understanding my essential and changing something almost identical. For the most part an amazingly capable technique. Mr. Sumit is a really strong individual and very speedy in settling issues defied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud. I purchased HP840 G3 from laptopEx on 24th Aug 2021. They sent me a faulty laptop, It stopped working from next day. They're not ready to refund or replace and support. This laptop is still not working. I checked with other computer shop and found that motherboard of laptop is faulty and minimum charges to fix it around 10-11k. .I tried to chase Laptopex fraud engineer Summit, Shashi and whatup number but nobody responding on call as well as whats up number given on their website. Do not buy laptop from them else you'll face same issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t get anything from Laptopex. There laptops are of poor quality which they sell in the name of “refurbished”. Their service is extremely pathetic and you will cry your heart out to get your laptop repaired from them and still no one will will bother in the company. Mr. Sumit, working in the sales and procurement department is highly unprofessional and rude. If you will complain to him regarding late service, he will simply deny you service. Such is the attitude of their staff. Please do not make mistake of getting a laptop from them.
