★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling their listed contact number to reserve a table for lunch on New Year Day. The lady at the desk kept transferring me to an extension even before I could finish speaking; with no one answering the extension. Requested the lady for a call back but never got one. Finally took my family to another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience i would say buh may be the lack of snacks kept me from giving it a 5 there was a pizza offered buh it lacked topping, sauce and punch. The white wine with food went beautifully. Amazing staff i would say. The biryani was amazing??. The security at the entrance of the hotel i.e the ones who check our mobiles and stuff kept staring at the woman with me which was disturbing . Overall had a great time no doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is superb. I had been there a couple of months ago with a friend of mine. The buffet does not look so attractive. The salad counter was a mess. Lettuce n other ingredients fallen out of the platter . The staff needs to keep a check every moment. Service at the restaurant (latitude) is excellent. Pathetic service at the entrance, first of all there's no enough parking space,secondly the wallet parking people don't even bother to ask you. The lobby staff did not greet. I have been to almost all 5star hotels, but this one is the worst among all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surreal food experience at Latitude, the continental cuisine at restaurant Vivanta by Taj at Panaji. We ordered for the green pea soup with mint foam, the grilled chicken with brown sauce and prawns saffron rissoto. Not only was the service unobtrusive and keen, the food was flavoursome and in generous quantities. The soup was refreshing and enlivened our palate on the warm summer afternoon with a bit of zing added by the mint foam. Vivanta offers a bread roll basket to compliment its soups and the rolls were fluffy and fresh. The chicken, first plate on our main course, was grilled to pink juicy perfection. It was covered in a tantalizing brown sauce and was accompanied by a heap of tossed veggie chunks. Needless to say that Latitude doesn't chicken out on its chicken quantity. We ended our meal with the rissoto because we honestly couldn't eat any more. And the risotto was pièce de resistance indeed. The safrron hues and the delicately blanched prawns peaked our bliss. A beautiful experience and we will return for more

Has a valet parking..
Though it would be more convenient if the valet gets the car while leaving and not just hand you the key & direct towards parking lot...
