★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi ordered refill cylinder on 22nd Feb at 8.40 am through app. Was expecting a supply by Friday- 23rd feb evening just like every time. However, I got a call from delivery guy today- 24th Feb morning around 10.41 am to chk if I am available at my place and he confirmed that he will be coming in some time. Now the whole cycle of postponement started. While I called back he said his bike has broke then when I called he said he will come in 1 hr. Then after that 1 hr when I called he will come in half n hour and then no response to calls. His number is +91 88617 18338. Is this the way how u treat customers? We dnt have gas at home and can’t prepare anything till the time this guy’s postponement doesn’t end. Now I dnt knw when I will be able to eat home cooked food. I need an explaination on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Lavanya Bharat gas as an existing customer and I was given the gas connection on the same day. The cylinders were also delivered on the same day. The office staff is very quick and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the delivery person was adamant in asking for tip which I managed to deny after a argument.

Too rude.Doesn't know to talk to their customers.Please provide training on how to interact with customers.I hope Lavanya gas agency take this review and improve in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic agency booked a cylinder if we call to check by what time we will receive the gas cylinder the person sitting there is extremely rude and has no clue to what time the delivery will occur also the delivery agent Appu will always take extra money from you.
