★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the awful service experiences you'd get in a lifetime. Lift not working, slow service, shabby furniture.
The managing staff didn't care to inform in advance that the lift was not working, they offered a wheel chair which was too dirty. Finally had to use the service lift at the back of the facility, which had no light and was like a lift at a mechanical workshop. All greased up with sauces and vegetables.
Not a recommended place to host your parties/get together

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but mismanaged. Lazy waiters not serving property expecting all guests to ask for what they want. Did not care if the coffee they are serving is hot or not. All menu items not displayed properly. You cannot expect guests to ask for availability of items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained properly by Lavanya Orchid. Lightning effect was soothing and perfect for the events. Flower arrangement was good to suit the theme and decoration. Food beverage staff was very active even they wipe the plate before finishing your Meal. It's to increase the number of plates, which is not a good practice. Snacks were good in taste but needs improvement. Chaat counter were good and well managed. Fruit salad arrangement was good. Breads were not served hot, they being asked for that. Variety of food was good but taste was little blend which needs good to go. Overall experience was good but can be of very good quality in future, best of luck.

The approach for eldery was only via steps and I could see they all struggled. This meant ALL and this as well needs to be addressed by the asset owner for a memorable visit.

Washroom need to be more clean and space can be extended.
