Moreover , we receive constant support and motivation of trying new yoga steps and kriyas. So far I have learned tratak kriya, jal neti, sutra neti and vaman kriya and many more to come in future. One can feel a boost of freshness and confidence. 100% recommended!!

She encourages and her yoga teaching techniques are very effective and unique. As I want to be a yoga trainer mam is training me that way.
