Please dont buy from here worst after sales response. Have visited more than 3 times for just getting my size done right but still work not done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who owns this shop does not know what a customer means to the business. According to her, if there is an ongoing sale and a customer comes after a few days, she shouldn’t expect good quality of the product just like that. When my mother said that she was disappointed with the defects found in her dresses, these were here exact words - ‘I’m not concerned with your disappointment’ and I’m not even exaggerating! She needs to be educated on this issue on so many different levels (I kid not). SALE does not equal to buy anything irrespective of its defects because it’s cheap. Get that straight ? and trust me on this, I had to rethink before giving a star too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who does not respect anyone, throws her opinion on her clients she wants everyone to listen to her. She is just hungry for your money you give her orders or purchase anything she will talk to you nicely. Otherwise you are insane according to her. She is not even a designer she just keeps all the stuff from other states and her work is so bad you wouldn't even prefer taking it for free. She will say you something else and do something else and if you complain about it she will ask you to pay the balance amount and take the outfit otherwise the amount you paid as Advance will be with alone with the outfit. He fitting is not at all good . She can add any work or any fabric.
At First her words would make you feel like she is a very good and particular designer but no she is just a person with big mouth. She is a thief just in a better version.
Would suggest to never ever trust her for your outfits.

Would highly recommend for customisation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I ended up in thick soup when my routine designer cancelled my order at last minute stating excess of orders with her and lack of manpower. It was my cousins marriage and my lehenga requirement was too customized. That's how and when i came to know about Lavanyaa Boutique through one of my friends. Trust me, even if i was a new customer for the owner, she made sure i get the delivery on time. Quality of work was too good inspite of the short time period i had offered them to deliver the dress. Quality comes at a cost and money paid here is worth it for sure. She has some splendid eye catching collection and varieties of dresses. Am not giving a 5 star only becoz getting an appointment with the designer here is a task. Else it wud have been a 5 star for sure???
