★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop owner is extremely rude and ill-mannered. Once you buy from them - he acts as if he has given you the merchandise for free. Pathetic customer service and I advise you to go to other US Polo stores. Go there if you want to be treated as if you have gone there to buy the stuff for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a horrible experience today with USPA. Firstly, they have all outdated products. They don't have any fresh stock. & Please don't fall into their return policy trap. In the first place, they will say exchanges are allowed & then when you go for exchange, they will say you need to pay 20% more for the exchange & they will say that, this is a Factory Outlet, so exchanges are not permitted.
Staff will tell you exchanges are allowed, but the manager won't allow it. This is their routine. The manager is rude, ruthless and least concerned about listening to you. He will just throw you out without listening to you.
I wanted to give Negative Rating to this Store but unfortunately, google doesn't allow.
