Reluctant to hand over the prescription to the customer . Very depressed visiting this store. Commendable part is the optometrist who checks the lens power . He's knowledgeable enough to help you get the exact glass power required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience . The guy attending was least interested to pitch and offer suggestions. Despite this was about to close the deal and just asked to show the car of Ralph Lauren frame and herein I was told that since this frame is on discount @ 20% the Ralph Lauren case will not be provided. Is it not disappointing to hear such a lame excuse and such dis interested staff to listen and address your concern. How can you not provide the complete product with case and that too for a value. Does this merit with the reputation of Lawrence and Mayo.
This outlet at Lokhandwala lost a near concluded sale just because of your staff who seemed to be low on energy and disinterested for the sale and reputation of the brand
