Though the owner claims that he has 14 years of experience in this field, the labor is very much unskilled and owner does not take responsibility of anything which goes wrong. Promised to get CNG kit on RC within 15 days but it took him a month to even get papers submitted. Owner is not even aware of the procedure to file the application for RC updation.
They ruined my Honda City after installing CNG kit. First of all, it took them 7 hrs to fix the kit. They didn’t even know which side to fix the kit on. Moreover they left the air filter unattached to the kit. Such novice is the owner and the workers here.
Owner is not concerned about the vehicle performance or customer complaints once the money goes into his pocket.
Please stay away from this centre and better get CNG kits fitted from an authorised centre only.
