★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the residential projects adjoining chakan, to be precise at medankarwadi panchayat. The project consists of three towers with 10 floors each. And also aminity space and commercial place on to the front. Each floor contains four 2bhk and four one bhk homes. The project is adjacent to the the chakan shikrapur highway and also 1.5 km from Talegaon chowk. C wing is nearing possession on Dec 2018 (as committed by the builder). Again postponed to Jan 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder was supposed to give possession by December 2018 but the project has been delayed and now the committed possess date as confirmed by builder is June 2019
Even after repeated commitments from the builder the possession is still pending since last 2 and half years. Construction work is very very slow, there are hardly 4 to 5 workers working.
Very bad experience.
