★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible customer service never buy a non stick frying pan from here I bought one and the teflon coating has come off in a year the store refused to exchange the pan saying that the warranty in not valid if I have cooked on high flame (which I did once in a while) but they dont tell you that while selling their products. I have 5 other cookware of Le creuset but this is the only non stick cookware and I think any Indian company will give you better customer service than Le creuset. The sales person also told me we are known for our cast iron why did you buy a nonstick from us.....Please never buy their non stick cookware and know that there so called lifetime warranty is based on company's discretion.
