Lean & Fit is totally different. Jitesh is very professional. The gym is well maintained with good hygiene.
As a trainer he has good knowledge on fitness. Ethics is what I respect in this person. He gives his best both as a personal trainer and as a general instructor.
Unlike in other gyms, trainers give full dedication only if you subscribe for personal training. Here it is not the same.
Thanks Lean and Fit team for guiding me reduce 11 kilos in a very safe and healthy manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lean and fit is one of the best places to work out in Sanjay nagar , it's affordable probably the cheapest for its quality of training . The equipment ain't tooo high fi but they are more than adequate to work out and build your body. The main reason for people to become a member of lean and fit even though the space is decent size is it's owner and trainer Mr.Jitesh Sir who is knowledgeable and really friendly and is ready to train the moment you join no matter if you are a begginer or advanced in gymming. Do check out the place and talk to the owner if interested in joining. I myself am a member here from a year and half despite any offers in other gyms don't feel like leaving this place cause it makes me feel like home and family . I myself have transformed here with the help of consistency dedication and training
