★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The basic element of training at this institution includes motivation and sheer determination, but the underlying foundation and mentorship from Mr. Nagesh during the course is impeccable! I was able to cut down close to 15kg of body weight and I stand fit currently! This place makes it happen, i would not address it as a gym but as an institution because it keeps giving more than what you can ask for.

First when I heard about the fee I was shocked that with this fee can I get my fitness , later Nagesh sir proved it totaly wrong and i could achieve my weight loss by 4 months without any external medication but only with his guidance . Thank you sir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic gym. Nagesh, the owner and trainer, is super cool and nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. The music is blaring and atmosphere is awesome. The fee is as cheap as it gets ?
