Lee Home Packers and Movers - New Delhi

I'm very much satisfied with the services of Lee Home Packers & Movers. From booking process to providing information to the entire process of packing, loading, unloading, setting up...everything was done timely & efficiently.

It was good experience with Lee Home Packers and Movers, packing and unpacking time is very fast of the complete staff, safe and reliable staff.

We hired them to move within city from Rohini sec 18 to rohini sector 13. They did a great job, they were on time, packed everything very carefully, took care of all breakable items. The labourers were even generous enough to ensure we had a a place in the house to sit while they did their work. The packaging materials used were of good quality and they made sure while loading/unloading to not scratch any of the walls or our doors. Everything was done within the time and we got free by 5pm in the evening. All labourers brought were professional and knew what they were doing. Also the cost was good and well lower than some of the known brands. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them for any packing/moving services.

A thoroughly professional Packers and Movers as well as economically reasonable as compared with others in this profession. They handled my shifting of entire household goods from Delhi to Kolkata with utmost care and in record time. Even their documentation were as per the client's requirements. The requisite documents and bill were handed over very promptly, enabling me to submit my transfer grant claims to my employer. Highly recommended.

Honest Review: Couple of days back we moved from Rohini, Delhi to Lucknow and we took the services of Lee Home Packers and Movers. 1. The team came for packing the household items was professional and they brought sufficient packing material. Items were packed properly and when we asked them to use more packing material in few items like LED TV or Table Glass top etc. they did that. (5/5 marks on that). 2. The Truck which they brought was 14 feet truck, which was not sufficient to accommodate our household items. There was a big fight between the truck driver and the supervisor inside our apartment premises, First they loaded all the items in the truck and then driver was very annoyed and asked them to unload that he can not take all this stuff, then they unloaded all the stuff (can you imagine this......). And then when I complained to them on phone they spoke to the driver and then reloaded everything again in the truck. But they were just forcing the stuff in the truck, literally pushing stuff inside the truck. Their estimation of 14 feet truck was completely wrong. It required 17 feet truck. (1/5 marks). 3. Now comes the worst part, when the truck was completely loaded, Mr. Sadanand (the person dealing with us) said, that we need 100% advance payment before truck moves. We were completely shocked and there was no such terms told to us, I told him we can give you 50% advance now and 50% when your truck reaches in front of our home in Lucknow as we have a flight in next few hours and I don't have such amount ready available with me right now. His tone of voice suddenly changed and he started shouting and yelling on me. Here I am a professional working in a MNC dealing with this guy and listening to him while my family and me we are ready for airport. Anyways I paid his person 60% then pleaded him not to fight with us on phone and next day paid 35%. Please be very clear with them on T&C and make sure they give you in writing on payment T&C. (0/5 marks on communication clarity). 4. Everything at Lucknow was received on time and without any single scratch on any item. They were very professional on that part, Infact truck reached earlier than scheduled. (5/5 marks on that). 5. The people from Lucknow who came for unloading the truck were in very hurry they just wanted to finish the job and run away. They were just not listening to us and treating the glass items, crockery and Iron items all in the same way. But fortunately we kept telling them to do it slowly and finally all well that ends well.(3/5 marks on that). Overall its a good and professional packers and movers and if they work on feedbacks and improve they can do much better. Mr. Sadanand has to know the difference between talking to a labour and talking to a person working in MNC . All the very best. ---After seeing the owners' response: Accepted your request to update the review and hence increased one star. However, still standing by my review. Your truck driver had a fight with the supervisor inside the apartment premises because truck driver knew that all these items can not be fitted in a 14 feet truck and he was saying that Police will catch him for the overloaded truck. He unwillingly took those stuff finally because you guys called and insisted. Items were forced inside the truck and still they remain intact and scratch less at destination because of the proper packing which I appreciated in my review. Neither my family nor me were informed about the advance payment and nobody reads small letters T&C on quotations provided. Anyways, my concern is to give you an honest feedback and the purpose of a review is to ensure that improvement takes place. Rest is your call. Thanks.

Very satisfying work. Everything is done in a very peaceful way. We didn't have to give any instructions to the labour, it was all done on an auto-pilot mode. And now when I have unpacked my stuff, everything is intact. Very happy with the service.
