1. Their possession deadlines are confusing since the project started.
2. Higher rates. (Compared to other projects in the same location)
3. Lier commitments.
4. Unnecessary high infrastructure cost.
5. Front sales people are unaware about most of the project plan.
6. It's a joint venture with Rahatani's Neta log.
