★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great looking luxury complex with 4 towers. We went to look at the houses there. We loved the spaceous halls, kitchens, utility areas, rooms and some of the walk-in closets.
The only thing we weren't too happy with was the general design of each unit. According to them it is all vastu certified but the location of the master bedrooms were not to our liking. Some were right next to the main door. Some opened right into the hall. I guess the privacy factor is not looked into in this project.
We look for houses where the master bedroom has got the most privacy.
I think only unit D was sort of to our taste but that's the smallest unit among the rest.
The walk through looked good but yet to see the final product.
The amenities, thermal pool, etc are under the first floor houses.
The views are the school nearby or the highway or the jakkur plantation.
