★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SLV Essenza has got one of the horrible management and staff. The workers dosent have the work ethics. These people butter you only tlii you purchase the flat later they show their true picture. I have given one star as there is no option for lesser rating. Please don't ever think of even visiting the place. The premise is not kept clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set at a prime location, right on the main road and fitted with the latest amenities. 24x7 power backup and water supply, swimming pool, gymnasium, community hall, garden , play area are some of the amenities being provided. The rooms are spacious and are naturally well lit and ventilated. Situated near Jakkur Lake which will ensure that the water table will never go down as long as the lake exists.There is a flyover which is under contruction which will connect Nehrunagar to jakkur and this will become a prime property in future. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to own a place which is spacious and is also budget friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a 2 BHK flat with an SBA of 1185 sqft. The main USP of this place is the frontal view free of high raise buildings (in the future too) and a beautiful green patch right opposite to the gated community along with good connectivity for convenience and leisure. Coming to the amenities, it is not a Mantri or Purvankara apartment complex (match box) but nice and realistic in daily life. The overall build quality is quite good while I hope the finishing will get better as the development reaches the final stages.

Builder side process was not up to the expectation but as i liked the location and the house, so i decided to purchase. Request you all to visit if you are interested. My main intention is about the apartment not with the builder.
