★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to bangalore in 2016 june and since that day, Mittal Palm is visible from my window and it remains as a Ghost Complex. My son was born after that, nearby, HDFC School came, and my son started his schooling there. And here still no human movements. Why ? Is it sold-out or under litigation of some kind ? If it's available, i wanted to give it a shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mittal Palms Project has been left in lurch by the developer, Mr. Niraj Mittal. It is evident that the developer has no intention of completing the project. The project has been in the same state for last 6 years. I am one of the buyer and i have sought refund from this builder. Don't bother wasting your time and money on this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittal Palms is a fraud. I’ve given up all hopes on my flat here, that I purchased 6 years ago , builder’s name is Mr. Neeraj Mittal is a cheat, crook & not be trusted. I guess it isn’t his real name either!
