★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the Northern lights well planned. They have planned and utilized very inches of space. Found "Mr. Sachin Bopanna" very professional and he explained the project with great interest. Really appreciate his attitude, honesty and professionalism towards his work.
Although Northern lights does not meet my requirement as i was looking for 3BHK or merging option for two apartments. But really appreciate Mr. Sachin and will refer same to friends with similar requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good and affordable apparent complex by Bren coming up near Airport road with only 1, 1.5 and 2bhk units with lake facing view and 60% of the site area with ameneties which are of international class. Price range starts from 33 lakhs. Still under construction and prices are less now. After completion prices will increase a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Builder is really doing good, as they use only Primary steel (JSW steel ) & the rich mix of concrete for their construction., which is costlier than other primary steel ...And I felt that quality when I visit their project. their excellence of quality is driven me to write this.
I personally feel that the Bren quality starts from inside of the wall.
Price is also reasonable compared to other leading builders. I have booked a 2BHK flat at the Northern light’s project. hope I have been taken a wiser decision.
Bren is the right destination to...those who seek the quality in all the aspects.
