prompt availability of the signatories. When the contract was signed before RERA came into existence and the project was to be handed before RERAs entry into the market Legacy was the only company giving promptly delivering from their side linking now to RERAs regulations!
Good experience. Definitely recommend.

They make you invest in their project without paying any advance and then make you suffer for payments without any time limit. They will wait till you die and they are happy, that they need not pay you any more as you are dead. Please do not trust these guys.
