★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was delivered an STP facing apartment after paying for a pool facing apartment, half the project delivered 2 years late, other half took 8 more years, club house got covered to apartment block, 4 blocks planned was turned into 7 blocks, extra floors added by reducing ceiling height.
